The best place to find the Saab 900 1993-98 Haynes manual whether in the US or anywhere in the world is through the Haynes website. The US distributor does not sell them, and the only amazon.co.uk copies are not available for international shipment. After buying a copy with shipping to the US through the UK Haynes distributor, the cost was only $28. The cost of the book itself is around $22. Anyhow, the UK Haynes distributor will send books to anywhere in the world.
