I'm in the UK. I have just found a supply of Fully Synthetic oil, which seems too good to be true. I'd like to know if you think its worth a try or whether I should steer clear. The oil is a no-name (Silverspeed or some such unheard of brand) 5W40 API SJ in 4.54 litre plain containers - they certainly haven't spent anything on advertising or packaging! It IS fully synthetic and it's only £11 a gallon. So is it a bargain because its a no-namer or am I going to blow up my engine??? I was also wondering who it is likely to be made by, assuming a no-name packager isn't making it theirselves! 'arry
