Marc Escuro says... > >> They S70 looks better in my opinion. > > You mean the S60? No, I meant the C70, is that now the S60? I can't keep track of them all, but found it on the web. http://www.autofan.com/may99/2/gallery.htm >> Yeah, I know - I'd like three. A SAAB, a convertible, and a big bad pick-up >> truck. > > Well... Ideally, I'd like 3 too -- my current 9-5, Mercedes CL500 (test >drove it and fell in love...I just can't afford it), and the Cadillac >Escalade. Quite the variety there. Like a friend of mine who races Alfa Romeos, drives an Audi and an Explorer. I tease him about it. >> Why Black?! I hate my car being black, it shows every little thing. > > Why black?? I dunno. It just happened that way. I had a white Saturn >prior to getting my black 9-5 Aero. Black just looks good. Yes, but it is hot too. I liked the silver I had best on my 900. >I know it's a b*tch to maintain, but it looks REALLY good. I suppose so, I know I'd spend so many hours washing it. >I have a pic of my car under >the Golden Gate Bridge I can send you, if you want. :) Oh yes, please do. I'd like to see it. nutmeggernopsameja.com > >>> The 9-5 fits in perfectly in that class of auto. >> The 9-5 fits some people just perfectly, I'll take a 9-3 turbo convertible >> please.... > > I know. It took me a year to pick out the 9-5.... And the thing is, I >didn't even consider SAAB... Until one passed me on the highway and I >followed it for a few miles. How many do you see out there? When I got my first Saab, there weren't THAT many around, but more than I've seen in other states. Now, I can't go out without passing at least 4 or 5. > I don't do convertibles. :) How come? >> I just don't like when speedos end at 85 mph >> myself. > > Yeah.... It's definitely a fast car... An understated and FAST car... >And that's what I want. Me too, and not just to be zooming around all the time, but also for the fact that they are built well and I'm partial since one saved my life. I've also found in my instances, you just need to floor it to get away from what ever situation that presents itself as troublesome. And, you just need a vehicle that is able to do that quickly. >Plus, I don't have to be one of the thousands in >Silicon Valley with a 5-series BMW. Oh, they are around here lots too, all the ivy league schools. Young kids driving them, (graduation presents) thinking they are so cool. ~J~
