I'm driving along and see a piece of this truck's retread come flying off his tire and almost hit a guy on a motorcycle, he had to swerve. It never occured to me the danger to a motorcyclist anywhere near a truck. At least here in the US.... They all use retreads, you find pieces of tire all over the roads all the time. There should be some law about that. If this piece of tire hit him, I'm sure he'd be hurting. Does this clear it up? ~J~
