Better to know what & where the spray is. Dave is absolutely right. It isn't that convenient for me to return the car to the dealer. The other factor is that (a) I am naturally curious about such things and (b) I'd rather work out how to do it myself so when it happens again I can fix it. Related question: does anyone know how to remove the CD/Radio panel on the 9-3? The previously mentioned four holes seem to be the clue - is there a special gadget for somehow unclipping the front panel? best, Pete
