Some say YES, some say NO. I test drove a new Aero the other day, and noticed the increased harshness. Not significant, but noticeable. Of course the stiffer suspension would have compounded the ride difference. I suppose what I really need or want to do, is drive a car just like mine, but with 17's and compare, because it seems that it's all a personal judgement of acceptable ride quality in the end. Actually, another concern I have is how the wheels would look on the standard car without the body kit. Most cars these days that run 17's have a body kit and perhaps even slightly lowered. My new coupe sits rather high at the back end.... so once again, it's a NEED to see to make my decision. What a laugh. Thanks Davo
