If your ACC is the same as mine, 87 9000S, you will not be able to
reprogram it. Check the temperature you have set. If the temp is set low
the fan will stay on high even though your car may cool down in the
summer. The same is true of heat in the winter. Moving the temp will
result in the system increasing fan speed to match the temperature. I
normally set mine at 68 degrees F. If I move the temp up the fan will
slow down. Otherwise I just push the speed I want.
