Subject: Re: Funky smell coming from my 9-5 ventilation system

the air conditioner coil grows stuff on the fins. sometimes this stuff takes on an odor. in the past i've treated this by taking clorox and water mixed 1-5 and misted it into the air conditioner intake out under the hood. after spraying this mixture at whatever quantity it takes to kill the gunk i would then spray ozium into the intake to rid the clorine smell. if you remember back in the 70 there was an outbreak of legionnaires desease which was traced back to an air conditioner in a hotel where the american legion held its convention. so please clean you gunk before holding any kind of convention in your saab.
