Greg, if you do move from mineral to synthetic be aware that the mineral deposits that build up in the engine may be come loose leaving you with a few "holes" that the new oil can seep through. Don't be tempted to try one of those "engine seal" products to remedy it - the advice I got was that turbos do not like additives. If your oil filter is doing its job, these additives will be filtered out anyway. Regards, Paul
