Subject: Problem w/ Cruise Control & Reverse Lights

I have a 1990 900S Automatic, and about 6 months ago the cruise control and reverse lights both stopped working at the same time. After some time, they started working again, for about a week. Then, they suddenly stopped working again. This happened again, and I replaced the "Park - Reverse" switch, but the problem still exists. I'm guessing that there is a short in one of the wires that come off of the park - reverse switch. Can anyone offer any suggestions as to where to start looking? Thanks, Matthew
