One common source for whistle is the rubber trim strip that runs straight across the top of the windshield/windscreen (on the outside of the car). If you want to check, temporarily place tape across the top of the strip. This strip gets a bit loose and acts like a reed. SAABs fix is to pull center part of strip up, clean, and put in double-side sticky tape to keep it quiet. Trim adhesive also works, but is messy.
