You never said steel or alloy. But, If I had to guess, it is alloy. There are firms that claim to fix bent alloy rims. I don't trust alloys being bent and then straightened out, but others are happy and apparently safe with straightened alloy rims. You can buy new steel rims from tirerack.com for about $45 each.
