About as far as my nearest mechanic. I don't know, but most suspension parts are cheap(ish) and not worth the risk. You risk your wheel sitting at a completely different angle than the others, ie: horizontal, usually when turning sharply on a hill in the direction of the worn side, if I have the correct part identified.
