This is not all that hard. Call a local autoparts store that sells paint. Ask them to mix some. A pint is the minimum, although some will mix only quarts & larger. Make sure you tell them that it is for homeowner type touch up work and they will mix a single stage paint (one product, one coat). Chances are that it will NOT match on an older car. If you are really nice, you can get them to put a little of whatever tint you need (a little red, or a little yellow, etc) in a can and you can custom mix a few drops with the touch up paint until it's close to perfect.
