Some of us 'unqualified' people often do a much better job than 'fully qualified' mechanics. I agree that the pump usually comes out pretty easily, but I think we've all occasionally come across a job which should only take 30 minutes, but for one reason or another ends up taking half a day. It happens to everyone.
