Did you try to knock gently on the CAT? Well you decide, but I don't think a used CAT is a good idea, it may just have come off a car that has been scrapped, so the life is unpredictable. It is possible to find new CATs for the car at around half the official Saab price. Look around in club mags etc., but I was too lazy so I had the Saab part fitted at dealer, although I did negotiate a discount. > I know about the massmeater but I have the Trionic system in my newer -94, it's just a vaccumsensor and tempsensor and a computer ...no more massmeaters.... Really? I thought that all ECU fuel injected cars had air mass meters? Johannes
