Subject: 1990 saab 9000 central locking problem

hi, i have a problem with the locking mechanism in the right front door of my car. if i lock the car with the key on the drivers side , it seems just like the usual sound but on the right side the door is not locked, if i push the button down it feels like i am moving a motor, if i pull it up and push it down after the first time it feels like on the other doors, unlocking seems to work as always. also the faceplate of that door seems to be loose, can i repair that problem easily or is something really broken... how can i remove the cover of the door completely? does it have any screws or is it just to pull or is it glued or something? thanks for any advice bye simon putz
