Honestly - I dont know. I suspect that you can take the original stereo out and stick whatever you like in but... - the original is a double-din unit so you'd need a blanking plate - the new unit is very unlikely to utilise the ECU display but shouldn't screw it up - I doubt the steering wheel controls will work straight off, although someone may be able to wire these up different to work - Night button should still do all the lights, but I doubt very much that it'll control the lights on the Kenwood. Personally I love the standard Saab stereo, if for no other reason than it looks the part on the dash. I'd consider upgrading the speakers and sticking a new amp and subwoofer in. Possibly even putting an MP3 "multichanger" in instead of a CD Changer - there are a few models on the market which appear as CD Changers on standard head units so can be controlled via the normal controls.
