I recently replaced the BOV on my 9KT after which the boost gauge behaves differently than before. Now the boost gauge drops down to almost zero at idle (in the white portion) and raises to the start of the yellow under moderate acceleration. Under full acceleration it reaches the top of the yellow as before. Before I changed the BOV (turbo bypass, dump valve whatever you want to call it) the gauge was at the top of the yellow under full boost, but never went below the yellow or into the white. Which is correct and if its the former what have I done wrong or what is wrong with the car ? many Thanks Roger
