Thank you for your help. I have changed the spark plug to NGK BCPR7ES. It stil run on 3 cylinger but it runs better. The old spark plug were NGK BCPR6ES. I wonder if it could have caused a premature break down of the DI cassette? The car is now 277 000 KM. I have read that the DI usually break around 130 000 KM. If it's true than the wrong spark splug must not have cause the DI break down. I read that a dielectric grease of some sort can be put in the DI to prevent it's break down. Does any body else heard now about it? When I changed the spark plug I noticed that spark plug 2 was smelling gas. I believe that coil #2 is the only problem with the DI. Is there somebody who only changed a coil to cure a DI problem? If any body did that, how long did it last. Here in Canada, a new DI cassette is 620$ CDN. A coil is around 130$ CDN and electric wire attached to the DI is around 75$ CDN. Any proactive feedback is welcome Have a nice Saab ride.
