Augh, that disgusted me... As you know it... they were supposed to inspect the car before they put it on the truck... all possible knicks and dents or whatsnot... and that info is on the contract/reciept. The only thing I can think of in your case is to look at the contract when the car was delivered... was there a reciept when you got the car? If no damage was indicated on the contract, then you have legal recourses... I am not sure how your paper got messy that it worked against you... since you are a lawyer, and I am certainly not one... look over the whole situation again... and see if you got any compelling evidence... such as recent picture before car was transported, witness who saw your car before being towed such as your friends, mechanic, detailer, etc.
