I was disappointed with this feature at first and found it all but
unnoticeable.  But then I realised that that was the point.  Think back to
your last car that didn't have this feature and remember having to turn the
volume right down on the suddenly deqafening music when pulling off the
motorway into the services.  I do not get this any more.

My feeling is that it is working, but does not compensate quite enough.
