Subject: USing Sythetic Tranny Lube

Hi All, I'm thinking about running synthetic lube in the manual transmission on my 1993 900S. It looks like the shop manual that I have says don't use it, yet all of the synthetic lubes say "100% compatible". Is anyone running synthetic? Would it cause problems with the sychronizers or anything else? I'm thinking about AmsOil, the blue stuff. Hoping to improve gas mileage, better cold shifting, etc. I have 105000 miles on the car. Thanks for you input, Eric
