Subject: Re: Does anyone use synthetic oils?

You know I was thinking about that stuff a while back, my neighbor was going to sell the scamsoil [ I love that name :) ], we got talking about the liabilities part of selling it that he never considered, because "he" was going to be part of the sales ,he would also be part of the liability of the product, if there was a problem with the oil , or even a perceived problem a lawyer will do a blanket law suit naming everyone that has a tie to the sale ,it would cost a fortune to just get taken out of the law suit never mind a conviction of a bad product, because this was a part time sales kind of deal, he had no insurance as the minimum cost of insurance would be more than he could make selling the stuff. So for all those part time salesmen/women out there , consider the liability end before you start selling ..you could end up losing what you have and what you may have in the future... Most of the people I know that were in scamway for the last 10-15 years have not got anywhere with it , they just ended up being cheap salespeople for the scamway empire. I have been to there sales pitch seminar years ago [ about 12 years ] it was creepy , very religious type testimonials , touching on emotions , high , low and disguising greed with other not so unfriendly god fearing terms " God wants you to prosper " ... Creepy stuff, they know people hear and believe what suits them , then they capitalize on it for there own profits.. Dave .
