I have a Saab 9 - 3 2001 and the fan switch at the center of the console seems really hot to me. The fan can be in the off position (0) or any other selection. I have had two other Saabs, a 900 and a 9000T and I don't remember anything like this. I took it to the dealer and he claimed it was fine, but while I was paying the cashier for something else, I caught the service manager calling over a technician and showedthe hot switch to him.
