I know the CD is expensive! Can anybody help! It's called Saab WIS - Workshop Information System. I bought a used CD at EBay for $125 USD, about half price. After using it a little, I can say that it beats nothing at all, but it is sure difficult to get used to the navigation buttons. I have an Audi service manual on CD and it is _much_ better, IMHO. Since there are no paper manuals available (yet) for the 9-5, the CD is your only option. Hopefully someone will publish a decent inexpensive book for owners rather than for master technicians. Any Saab dealer's parts department can order it for you. If the guy is evasive, ask to speak to the Parts Manager. If he is evasive, speak to the owner of the dealership. There is no information in the CD that you should not be able to access. These are cars, not missile defense systems!
