I use a store brand (UK) HALFORDS which says: HALFORDS 5W/40 Fully Synthetic Motor Oil Conforms to these international specifications: API SJ/CF ACEA A3 B3, but nowhere to be found in the "Directory of Licenses" ? Maybe the store bought the oil from an API licensed supplier and bottled it into the store brand? Or is the clue in the words: "Conforms to". A bit of a mystery here. Johannes
