Really all you can do is drive it out. 300 or so mi. seems to come up pretty fast for me. I would suggest trying and sticking with a BIG OIL brand of gas for a while. I use Shell Premium almost exclusively and have good results. Stay with it at least until you get an idea if the car is acting normally or if something is not in spec. Set the timing if you can find one. Make sure that dashpot on the distributor still functions. Does it hold vacuum and does it actually affect timing. A properly tuned car should boost to the border of the orange/red at maximum boost (maybe a little more or less). Go to www.saabnet.com and check out the FAQ on setting the APC system.
