OK, The APC will have no effect on a NA engine as all it does is regulate the turbo wastegate. It is a shame that you castrated the car, but necessity sometimes dictates that other things must happen. I would not try to put the turbo on the NA engine as its compression is too high and abnormal detonation may ensue. I also do not know if the distributors are different, but stay with the one that came on the NA engine. Why did you have to replace the motor?
