Thanks Common problem. The "disconnect CD cable for several hours" fix did it for me. Before I was out of warranty, I went back to the dealer several times for this problem. The disconnected and reconnected the battery a few times, changed the head unit once, replaced the CD player another time, etc. When it happened a few weeks ago, I did the long term disconnect and it fixed itself.
