In the UK at least, Saab do offer a chip for the 9-3 2.0lpt engine, but only for the 2000 model year or more recent. Other than that, the best ones, and the only ones authorised and supported by Saab are Hirsch - check out http://www.hirsch-performance.ch and find a local dealer.
