Crankshaft pulley tool is a standard breaker bar and socket: http://216.78.172.244/engine_folder/front_crank_seal900.htm A turbo is a bit more expensive. I would think that a used one off of a later model (88+) with the water cooling (in addition to the proper coolant hose and the fittings would be a great upgrade. The water cooled ones seem to last a long time. If you get real lucky, you may find a Mitsubishi turbo from a 91-93 model. These are a bit more desirable as they spool up a bit quicker. You may want to check out the information available at www.saabnet.com and the first link is from www.townsendimports.com the IP changes on occasion, but it is usually reachable from the base page then enter then technical documents.
