I recently purchased a used 2000 9-3 convertible. The soft top is now reporting an error when I try to open it "Soft Top Failure" in the dash display, and refuses to open. The latches in the back pop, but then nothing happens. I am taking the car in to the dealer tomorrow, but thought I'd check here if there is an easy solution or something I'm doing wrong. Thanks.
