Subject: Re: Replacing a Mirro

I was able to access the area where the mirror mounts to the door, but the bottom screw is completely stripped. It's a star-shaped screw that is now almost completely round. Anyone have any good ideas on how to loosen a stripped screw? One of my friends suggested taking a flat-head screwdriver and a hammer to it to make a new notch. wonpeepnopsamail.com (Won) wrote in message news:<9b254dcd.0111301237.1c8760fcnopsaming.google.com>... > I need to replace the passenger side mirror on my '89 Saab 900 Turbo > Convertible.
