So unusual, I'm surprised he hasn't posted back here. Whatever. I would like to think that most of us could basically throw the car back at either the dealer or the SAAB wholesaler and get another (especially given the engine problem??!!). I would certainly be making very loud noises so that this incident became a thorn in both the dealer, and SAABs side. Given his bad experience (1st time buyer), I'd probably not buy a car from the manufacturer again either. I've owned quite a few of SAABs and still have two. They can be quirky, but we all have a love affair with them. That said, my 2001 is absolutely faultless, and I find MB2day's story *amazing* Davo
