Hello everyone, Last night I decided to run the Saab a bit hard (top yellow range of the APC gauge) for a short period, and soon after that the idle speed climbed to around 1900-2000 rpm range. I checked for loose vacuum hoses, but the idle isn't hunting (as a vacuum leak would suggest) - it's a racing idle. I dropped into the local Saab dealership and he suggested that perhaps a chunk of carbon got dislodged and is stuck in the idle control motor - and that I should try taking out for a hard run again to dislodge it. I've been doing a lot of city driving so that seemed a possible cause (carbon buildup). I tried going to www.saabnet.com , but the website seems to be down or something (getting about 5KB/s on my broadband connection). If anyone here has any additional suggestions I could check out, I'd very much appreciate it. Thank you. Taflet
