You can't break the side windows. But, the front windshield should be possible to kick out. It will not break, but the whole thing can be kicked out. However, when the water is getting higher inside the car, your power will be limited because of water resistance. Also panic might cause this task to be a little harder than normal. But, it is not impossible.
