first, I would change the fluid and have the brakes properly bled. By the Saab manual, not at the quckie lube. (ABS requires a little diffferent proceedure). If they still do not feel right, it may be contamination in the system or a problem with the master cylinder. I am assuming that you have checked to make sure that the calipers move freely. A friend has a '96 and I don't like the feel either. I have not looked at them, but they do not feel right. Can you make the ABS function?
