Yep.  It has been reprogrammed by the prior owner.  To re-reprogram it just
press and hold the top and bottom buttons on the right column of buttons
(about 5 seconds).  When you release the display will do a little blinky
thing to show it took the programming.  The owners manual explains all of
the programming functions.
