Myself, and four of my colleagues are thoroughly happy customers. Chris and Peter in Sales are excellent and accomodating, helping sort out all aspects, flexible when it comes to time and length of test drives, and don't seem to be too eager to rip you off! (Always good from a salesman!) Paul and Steve in service are frnakly the pick of the bunch - always willing to sort out even the most banal and obscure queries and problems - often at the drop of a hat - roll up and say "This doesn't....." or "How do I...." and they'll drop what they're doing and help you out. For the class of car, and prestige that you are getting, the prices really are very reasonable - plus membership of the Saab Owners Club gets you a discount on top too. Well worth it. I know I'm singing their praises, but it's simply based on my own and my colleagues experiences there. Drop me a mial if you wan, and I'll bang on about it some more!
