I got one, I > know. blame it on the GM engine or blame it on SAAB ? i can tell you what.. you can even pack a lada engine (if such thing exists) with a terrible design, that is not even appropriate for the car into a saab people will still keep complaining about the car, not the engine. its just the logic, they bought a saab and they didnt buy a saab with a GM engine or they just didnt know, think or care about it. the blame always goes to saab. hey.. why are you not happy that your wife didnt blow the head gasket accidently that would be way out of the 200$ range, if you dont do it yourself. im not saying saabs are perfect, they are not, just like every other car. but for this special fault its really the GM design that is the source, sure you cant go ¥round and say ah damn GM, it was just cold one time in the winter and i needed a new battery , or ah my 2nd gear synchro is shot... stupid GM but for this particular engine syndrome :P and for THE CLUTCH we all know where it comes from bad luck you dont have the hydraulic clutch, goes way easier.. but well you cant have everything :o bye simon putz
