I have Michelin's Arctic Alpins on my 96 900. They are ok on snow, they suck on wet pavement (as in salted down snow). They make a funny whistling noise on wet pavement and have no traction (I can get them to spin in 2nd gear!). I love their sport tires though (Pilot Sports)...
