Good advice. I just rechecked my sales slip and actually it was 17.002 gal., but that's still too close. Fortunately I was driving on local roads where I was never more that a mile from a gas station. But I'm puzzled why my Saab driving computer would tell me I had 28 miles left and the gauge would not be deep in the red, and yet I was empty. Can the gauge and/or computer be calibrated?
