Subject: Did something go wrong?

I need your help. My name is Victoria and I am a fourth year student at Heriot-Watt University in Scotland. I am currently conducting research for my dissertation, which aim is to pinpoint best practise in product recall. How do firms handle a situation where their products are malfunctioning and causing damage best possible. In order to find this out I need information from consumers that have experiences a product recall first hand. If you have owned a product which has been recalled, please answer my questioner and send it back to me via the e-mail address noted below. The information on your experience is vital to the completion of my dissertation and may help firms conduct product recalls more swiftly and service orientated in the future.
