95 9000 Aero (US). Instrument panel lights flicker badly, sometimes shut off completely. Ready to replace rheostat (sits left of steering wheel and has a little thumb screw), but cannot figure out how to pull the old one. Based on the shape and configuration of the new part, looks like it should pop out with a minimal amount of force, but I cannot find anything to grab onto. Special tool necessary? Something like a computer chip puller would be ideal, I think. Thoughts? Thanks in advance. Jay
