I can see that. As long as I can find the door at a boneyard in the right color. Then I'd swap the lock and be done. But as far as the latch itself goes, it seems like it's completely embedded in a molded plastic door, with no way to get to it but to destroy the door or at least cut a big permanent whole in the plastic door housing.
