Subject: Re: Saab Viggen (and Aero) Performance enhancements

Don't know about the Viggen, but I've recently got a new Aero coupe - 205bhp, but with the sport suspension and the big 17" wheels - to replace a '97 185bhp SE T. A pity really - the big wheels make it very prone to tramlining and generally following grooves in the road at low-ish speeds, while the sports suspension seems so overdamped that the back end bounces off line when trying hard on tight bumpy corners - I'm still playing with tyre pressures (now 32psi all round) but grateful for anybody's suggestions! No handling refinement at all, so I'm thinking of swapping the wheels for standard 16" David "Jeffrey Zimmer" <jzimmernopsamtd.net> wrote in message news:u4tonshig2mt61nopsam.supernews.com... > I own a 2001 9-3 Viggen Convertible.
