Generally True. If you haven't purchased yet - let the dealer handle it. Two u shaped pieces of coat hanger shoved in the two holes on each side of the radio will release the bracket and let you pull it out. The dealer then can take it to the Saab dealership and negotiate - hopefully they are on talking terms. Many dealers will do it for free if they know you are legit and will be dealing with them - my dealer is great, but still have to pay for most things - Oh darn.
