If it is anything like the 9-3 then you cannot tilt it, you can only telescope the steering wheel. Hope this is correct, Cheers, Tony. PS. If you can get a copy of the owners handbook then have a read. You'll find there are a lot of nice features built into Saabs that are not mentioned by dealers / adverts. Reading the handbook made up my mind when I chose a Saab a year ago. Saabs are great cars, nothing has gone wrong with mine in 15k miles over the last year. Also, the Saab 93 (along with Toyota Corolla and Masda 626) topped the new car reliability survey in UKs "Which-Car" - but Saabs are much more enjoyable to drive.
