You could try a cheap fix. Get a spray adhesive. Use a nozzle with a plastic extension like you get with WD40. Poke a small hole to get the nozzle in and spray away. You must use the right adhesive or it'll sag again. Guess how I know. There's a specific type, 3M 8080 or something like that. Find a local auto upholsterer. They sell them.
